We will be glad to help you with any unsatisfying purchases - within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us at jillian@effiestreetkids.com before mailing. As we are a very small shop, we can't take any opened and used items. Of course, we do understand there are times when it just doesn't work out, so feel free to contact us if any issues do arise. All returns must be made in the same condition as it was received for a full refund.
